Jules Hoffman
Co-Owner, Licensed Professional Counselor
Jules Hoffman is a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 20 years experience in the field of mental health. Jules earned her Masters of Science degree from Lakeland University in Counseling. Jules has experience working with children ages 5+, adolescents, adults, and families working in various therapeutic setting such as individual therapy, reunification counseling, co-parenting and couple's therapy utilizing The Gottman Method. Jules is also a trained Attachment therapist; assisting foster and adopted children to build healthy attachments through Narrative Therapy.
Jules believes that the therapeutic relationship is the key to successful therapy. She is a firm believer that everyone has their own journey to healing and a story to tell. However, she doesn't believe there are enough safe places for people to go to be themselves without judgement and to be accepted without conditions. For this reason, Jules provides a safe, relaxing, trusting and non-judgmental environment for her clients. Jules empowers and guides her clients to reach their goals, to improve their interpersonal relationships, as well as improve their overall well-being by having a genuine, authentic, educational and honest approach to therapy. Jules realizes that it can be anxiety provoking to make that first phone call or send that first email and that it takes a lot of courage to take that first step, and she respects that. Jules would be honored to take the rest of those steps with you.

Risa Janowski
Co-Owner, Licensed Professional Counselor
Risa Janowski is a Licensed Professional Counselor who has over 20 years of experience and received her Masters of Science degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Risa is a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional as well as a Certified Clinical Adolescent Trauma Professional. She also attended a week long training to become a Certified Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapist for children and adolescents. Risa has experience working with children ages 3 and up, adolescents and adults. She specializes in children and adolescent treatment but also works with adults who have various mental health concerns.
Helping children and teens with issues such as stress, anxiety, depression, family issues, relationship issues, ADHD, learning struggles, low self esteem, parent/child, teen conflict, and sexual identity are all areas Risa enjoys working with. She is one of the few qualified therapists who provide services for children age 3 and up. Risa also works with families on blended family concerns, Co-parenting and divorce/separation. Risa provides a comprehensive Co-parenting program that helps families work through many of the emotions that are related to the above topics. Working with attorney's to help families find peace is always the goal. Risa believes in helping people adjust to change through grief and acceptance. Risa believes helping someone achieve their treatment goals is an amazing experience.
When away from the office, Risa enjoys time with her husband and two sons. She is the number one fan at her boys’ sporting events. Risa also has two dogs, Max and Charlie, as well as a cat named Dublin. Spending time with her pets and her family are her greatest joys in life. Risa also has a strong faith in God that helps her stay grounded with what is truly important in life.
Pa Houa Kiatoukaysi
Licensed Professional Counselor
Pa Houa Kiatoukaysi is a Licensed Professional Counselor who has over 25 years of experience working with children and families. She received her master’s in counseling from Lakeland College. Pa Houa has experience working with children ages 4 and up, adolescents and adults. She works with various mental concerns across the life span. Her counseling experiences include working with clients in-person and in-home counseling as well as running groups in an outpatient setting.
Pa Houa’s style is empowerment, educational, collaborative, supportive and client driven. She believes that through their own efforts, an individual works on their journey to healing and managing their health and well-being. In addition, an individual has the innate ability to self-heal and recover. She provides a non-judgmental, safe, and trusting environment for self-healing. Her goal is assisting clients in learning the skills and tools needed to be successful, allowing them to live a more positive life and have an overall healthier well-being.
Pa Houa’s areas of specialty are: adjustment issues, anxiety, depression, grief/loss, mindfulness, mood disorder and self-image/self-esteem. She uses a collective modality and is trained in brain spotting.
In her personal time, Pa Houa enjoys fishing, gardening, cooking and spending time with her family and friends.
Wendy Hopp
Licensed Clinical Social Worker
Wendy Hopp has worked in the field of mental health for over 30 years. She earned her Masters of Social Work degree from the University of Wisconsin- Milwaukee and has been a practicing Licensed Clinical Social Worker for over 15 years. Wendy’s treatment style is positive and strength based along with challenging problematic thoughts and behaviors that do not support a satisfying and productive lifestyle. She focuses on maximizing and utilizing strengths to encourage positive change. Wendy takes a client centered approach to counseling and believes that everyone is capable of change with guidance, support and learning new tools.
Wend works with adults in areas such as life transitions, relationship issues, stress management, conflict resolution, depression, anxiety and mood disorders. She looks forward to working with clients in a therapeutic partnership with the goal of resolving issues, managing illness and leading a healthy lifestyle.
Outside of work, Wendy loves spending time with her family, which includes her husband, two adult daughters, their spouses and three beautiful grandchildren. In addition, she enjoys entertaining, cooking/baking, reading, and travel both domestic and international. She is an active member of her church community as well.
